We have established comprehensive quality management systems in the course of to developing our company and are confident of meeting the requirements of customers, laws and regulations on a sustainable basis. We aim to give customers peace of mind through the effective application of the system and the continuous improvement of procedures and product quality. The main quality management systems are:

ISO9001 Quality management system

In 1987, the International Standards Organization Quality Management and Quality Assurance Technology Committee(TC176) published the ISO 9000 series standards. These evolved into the ISO 9001 standards in 2008 and were amended in 1994, 2000 and 2008.

We have established a Quality Management System according to the ISO9001 Standard, which was awarded the System Certification by the American company

The quality of our products has been praised by many famous domestic and international companies.

ASME Quality Assurance System

We have established our ASME Quality System according to the standards published by the American Society of Mechanical Engineers and the regulations published by the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors.

We abide by Books 1&2 of the 8th Volume of the ASME Manual on the Design, Manufacture and Assembly, while also following the NBIC Maintenance Recommendations. With the assistance of the ABS Boiler and Marine Insurance Company, we have built our ASME system and obtained the U,U2,R Certifications for our site.

Quality System of Pressure Vessel Design and Manufacture

We have obtained the Chinese Pressure Vessel Manufacture License (levels A1 and A2) and the Chinese Pressure Vessel Design License (Levels A1, A2 and SAD). We have established quality management systems of manufacture and design on the basis of the following license documents:

-  The “Basic Requirements on Quality Assurance System for Special Equipment”

-  The “Supervision Regulations on Safety for Special Equipment” (No.549)

-  The “Supervision Regulations on Safety Technology for Stationary Pressure Vessels”

-  The “Requirements for Boiler and Pressure Vessel Manufacture Licensing”

The Quality System Documents are divided into four categories. The first category is “Quality Assurance Manuals” which define Quality Policy, Quality Objectives, and Management Responsibility. The second category comprises the “Management Procedures” (21 files in total) with their supporting documents for each department. The third category comprises technical documents. The fourth category comprises records and tables.
